The Board of Directors of the Focas-Cosmetatos Foundation is currently composed of the following members:
President: Dr Paraskevi Vassala
Vice-president: Athanasios Avgerinos
Secretary: Spiros Cosmetatos
Treasurer: Eleni Cosmetatou
Members: Gregorios Pantazatos, Antonios Ananiadis, Gerasimos Vilandos

Until October 2006, President of the Board was Mr. Spiros Cosmetatos.
